The CAPER details how the City of Boise used Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program funds during Program Year 2018 for activities and accomplishments from October 1, 2018, through September 30, 2019, while addressing community needs and priorities identified in the City of Boise’s Five-Year Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plan. The City of Boise’s Program Year 2018 CAPER is expected to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on or about December 31, 2019. PUBLIC MEETING : A public meeting to obtain comment on the CAPER will be hosted on December 20, 2019 beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the Belgravia Room of City Hall located at 150 N. Capitol Boulevard, Boise.
